We accept a wide range of payment methods, including PayPal, bank transfer and credit card debit.
PENDING PAYMENT ORDERS

If you have opted for bank transfer, your order may remain on hold for up to three days, after which it will be cancelled. It is important to note that during this period, the goods will not be reserved and therefore not guaranteed.

It is possible to pay in installments using PayPal, but only for orders with a minimum amount of €30.

To request a refund, simply contact our customer service via the "Need help?" button. located at the bottom right. Once your right to a refund has been confirmed, your request will be processed on the first available working Friday. Please note that refunds will be processed by 7pm every Friday and may take some time depending on the payment method used.

Sometimes some products may no longer be available from the supplier. If this happens, we apologize in advance and will be forced to proceed with the refund or replacement of the order.

You can make changes to your order by contacting our customer service. Please note that changes will not be possible once shipment has been made.

ALLOCATION
In some cases, due to high demand, we may receive less goods than requested by our suppliers. This is known as "allocation". We will do our best to redistribute available quantities equally across all orders to ensure a minimum quantity for each customer.

PREORDERS
For pre-orders, we offer exclusive discounts and require advance payment. Orders will be processed in the order received once the product is available. However, there may be changes in the quantities of products allocated by the publisher, and in such case, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

SHIPPING IN ITALY
We offer the shipping option with different couriers for all our products, ensuring fast delivery within 24/48 hours. The fixed cost for this option is €5.90 for all of Italy (with the exception of the islands), without limits on weight or size of the products. Every shipment with GLS includes a tracking code to track the package. And if your order exceeds €150, shipping is free.
SHIPPING ABROAD
SHIPPING ABROAD
For international shipments, we use the GLS or FEDEX shipping option, which ensures delivery in 2/4 days. The cost for this option is €15 for parcels up to 5kg. Every shipment with GLS or FEDEX includes a tracking code to track the package. And if your order exceeds €150, shipping is free.
RELEASE DATE AND SHIPPING

Product release dates are indicative and provided to us by the manufacturers, therefore they may be subject to changes or delays. We will keep you updated on any changes after receiving official communications from distributors. Even if the product meets the official release date, shipping does not take place immediately. You will have to wait for the order to be processed and shipped, which will happen in chronological order. You will receive an email notification as soon as the shipment is on its way and your products will be delivered within the next 24/48 hours.

If you have an order containing both pre-ordered and already available products, the shipment will take place in a single solution upon arrival of all the pre-ordered products. It is recommended to place separate orders for products already available. In case of mixed orders, contact us to unlock the products already available and receive them on time.

Selezionando “Spedizione differita” durante il checkout, i tuoi ordini verranno accumulati e conservati in deposito per un periodo massimo di 60 giorni dalla data di acquisto.
Questo servizio ti consente di effettuare più ordini separati e richiedere successivamente un’unica spedizione, pagando una sola volta il costo di consegna.
Come richiedere la spedizione degli ordini accumulati
Quando desideri ricevere i tuoi ordini accumulati, dovrai contattarci all’indirizzo info@cardverse.it, indicando:
- i numeri degli ordini da accorpare ed evadere
- la tipologia di consegna desiderata (standard o espressa)
Una volta ricevuta la richiesta, ti invieremo un ordine dedicato per il pagamento della spedizione.
Dopo il pagamento, procederemo con l’evasione e la spedizione di tutti gli ordini in un’unica soluzione.
📌 Regole e condizioni del servizio
- Il servizio di accumulo ordini ha una durata massima di 60 giorni dalla data dell’ordine
- Gli ordini effettuati selezionando la spedizione differita non sono annullabili né rimborsabili
- La spedizione avviene solo su richiesta del cliente oppure secondo quanto indicato di seguito
- Il cliente è responsabile di fornire correttamente i numeri degli ordini da accorpare
📌 Trascorsi 60 giorni dalla data dell’ordine senza richiesta di spedizione, gli ordini accumulati verranno spediti automaticamente con spedizione standard.
Selezionando “Spedizione differita”, confermi di aver letto e accettato le condizioni del servizio di accumulo ordini.
